FAQs

We do accept talent from all over the country, however before applying please be aware of the nature of the business and the industry requirements, as travel and accommodation costs are not usually covered.

The vast majority of our work is in London and the surrounding areas, although we will occasionally get work outside of this.

We meet everyone in person before offering a place with our agency. This is to assess their suitability to the industry and by meeting  regularly we can maintain a personal relationship. This means we can comfortably discuss our talents’ abilities with our clients and casting directors alike.

We are a sole representation agency which means that you are only allowed to be registered with ourselves and no other agency for any area that we currently work in.

We do not charge any upfront fees to join the agency, but we do take an admin fee of £50 a year, which is only taken from a talent’s first earnings of over £100 in that year.

Talent who wish to be represented for acting work, including our Kids Acting Division and all our Young Adults, will need to be on Spotlight at a cost of £103 a year. This fee is paid directly to Spotlight 30 days after their Spotlight profile goes live.

Spotlight connects performers with roles in theatre, television, film productions and commercials around the world and casting professionals use Spotlight to cast their projects.

We cannot guarantee any talent work. However, we do only accept children and young people onto our books who we feel we have a good chance of securing work.

Our standard rate of commission is 19%.  For full information please read our Terms and Conditions.

Yes, we welcome applications from those with disabilities. We represent all talent as individuals and as such do not have a separate division for this.

Once accepted onto the agency books, we do not require professional photographs for the talent’s profile. However, pictures should be of a good quality and meet all of our guidelines.

No, we do not have an agency photographer, however we can provide a list of recommended photographers if required.

Most castings for school age children will take place after school, from around 4pm to 7pm. Shoots will usually take place during school hours so you will need to talk to your school and make sure that they are happy with this. If your child books a job and needs to have time off school, we will need a letter from your child’s school authorising the absence as this is a requirement when applying for a Child Performance Licence.

Young people over the age of 16 and no longer in education do not need a Child Performance Licence to workFor talent aged 16 and under who do need a licence, where required Rebel Nineteen will apply for this.  If you are accepted, we will request some paperwork to aid with this should one be required.
